Here is some info about Club Penguin, or CP:
Club Penguin, or CP for short, is a virtual world where you are a penguin. You can buy clothes, play games, earn coins, and edit your own igloo! You can also adopt pets, called puffles. You can name your own puffles, play with them, feed them, and lots of fun stuff! (Some help you in games, too! Check out my Puffles page for more information.) This blog is all about CP and it’s updates, so feel free to look around the blog!
To log into CP, you need to make and account, and if you want to buy clothes, you need a membership. More information about accounts and membership below!
Accounts:
Getting an Account and Logging On:
To get an account on Club Penguin, click here, then fill out the needed information. After you follow all of the steps, go into the E-Mail account you use for your penguin (you set this E-Mail while creating an account), and you will have an E-Mail from Club Penguin. To activate your account, use the link in the E-Mail you received. After your account has been activated, click here. Press Start, and type in your penguin’s username and password. (The username and password were set up when you created your penguin, and if you forget, check the activation E-Mail.) Select a server to log on to, and you will be logged on to Club Penguin! It doesn’t matter which server you go on, that is your choice.
After You Log On:
After you log on, a window will appear on your Club Penguin screen. This is an introduction, and you can read it if you would like. It will only appear once, the first time you log on.
Player Cards:
If you click on your player, you will see your player card. From your player card, you can edit what you are wearing after you buy some clothing items at the Gift Shop. You can also click on any other penguin to view their player card. On any other penguin’s player card, you can make a buddy request, choose to ignore the player, or send them Penguin Mail.
Penguin Mail:
When you log on for the first time, you will have a message in your Penguin Mail mailbox, which is the envelope in the top-right corner of your screen. If you click on it, you will see a message from Club Penguin. When you get other messages, you can reply if they are your buddy, trash it, or remove all messages from that sender. To send a message to a buddy, press New Mail. On anyone else’s player card (for more player card information, look above), click on the envelope icon to send them Penguin Mail. You can now select from a range of postcards to send.
Earning Coins:
To earn money, called coins, on Club Penguin, you have to play a game. (For more information about games, see my Games page.) Depending on how well you do in the game, you will get a score. Your final score in the game is divided by 10, and that’s how many coins you’ve earned.

Membership Advantages:
When you are a member of Club Penguin, you have a number of advantages that non-members don’t. For example, members can buy clothing and furniture from catalogs, decorate their igloos, and open their igloos, thus putting it on the map. That way anyone on that server can visit your igloo!Members also may be able to get to rooms non-members can’t, during special occasions, like parties. (To become a member, click here.) Although members have many advantages, non-members can still add buddies, buy player card backgrounds, find pins, and earn coins. They can also become Secret Agents and Tour Guides. (You can cancel membership at any time.)
